Moving into Year 7 in a NSW Government School in 2025
Your child's primary school will also provide instructions about the Expression of Interest process in Term 1 2024.
EOI - Year 6 into Year 7
In NSW government schools, applying to move from primary school to high school is a 2-step process:
- The first step is to complet a Moving to high school expression of interest (or EOI). When completing this form, you will be able to indicate which school(s) you would like your child to attend in Year 7.
- The second step is to submit an enrolment application, which will be issued to you by the high school after they have assessed your expression of interest.

All applications must be completed in English. However, a translated application to enrol may help you to fill out the applications in English.
Your primary school will help manage the completion of applications and coordinate the process with our school.
Students enrolled in non-government primary school
The parents/caregivers of any child enrolled in a non-government primary school may complete the Moving into Year 7 in a NSW Government school form which must be returned to the school no later than close of business on Friday 28th March 2024.

Our enrolment officer will then coordinate the application process with the parent/caregiver.
